The Path Forward
Strategic Wins & The Fight Ahead
Our work is grounded in results – and driven by what it will take to win the fights ahead.
Across the country, we have helped secure decisive victories in high-stakes races that protect the integrity of our elections and the rule of law.
Recent Wins
In the past year, we have played a key role in several pivotal victories:
- Wisconsin: Pro-democracy candidate Susan Crawford won the Wisconsin Supreme Court race by 11 points, blocking a MAGA takeover of the court. DDPAC partnered with a national network of digital creators to drive awareness and grassroots fundraising – generating 28 million views and nearly $200,000 for the cause.
- New Jersey: Pro-democracy candidate Mikie Sherrill won the New Jersey gubernatorial race by 14 points. DDPAC funded a six-figure targeted mail campaign reaching more than 150,000 households, encouraging vote-by-mail participation and achieving a nearly 85% ballot return rate – helping counter emerging threats to safe and accessible voting.
- Pennsylvania: All three pro-democracy judicial candidates won their retention races by more than 22 points. We closed a critical paid digital gap with a mid-six-figure investment, elevating an otherwise overlooked race that had been targeted by MAGA-funded disinformation.
- Virginia: We helped expose ethics violations by the Republican gubernatorial nominee, generating national media coverage from Politico and others. Public records requests revealed undisclosed gifts and lavish travel accepted during an unreported trip – bringing a consequential accountability story to voters before they cast their ballots.
These wins share a common thread: the right investment, in the right race, at the right time.

What’s Next
Looking ahead to 2026, the challenge is clear: the volume of critical races across key states will determine the future of our elections, and the need for strategic coordination and targeted investment has never been greater.
We are focused on identifying and supporting candidates and campaigns in priority states — including states like Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin — that are best positioned to defend the rule of law, protect access to the ballot, and strengthen democratic institutions. That means engaging early, scaling resources where they are most needed, and ensuring that no consequential race is left behind simply because it lacks national attention.
The path forward will require vigilance, precision, and sustained commitment. We are prepared to meet that moment – and we hope you’ll join us.
